I pride myself on creating an exceptional experience for my clients.  My background as a former licensed General Contractor as well as my executive management experience make me uniquely equipped to help home sellers and buyers with their real estate journey.  I work with a wide range of home sellers and buyers and am particularly adept in these areas:
  • Helping Older Adults & their loved ones with the sale of a long-term, well-loved home.  I understand how difficult this can be for everyone involved.  I employ a caring, compassionate and patient approach in these situations.  I have an array of resources at my fingertips, including placement services for finding just the right residence, organizing/decluttering services, high-touch movers who specialize in senior down-sizing moves and clean-out services.
  • First-Time & Move-Up Buyers.  I help home buyers to take a critical look at homes we tour.  There is much more to a home than the cosmetics!  
  • Recommending budget-friendly spruce-ups, when desired.  As a former general contractor doing whole-home renovations, I have learned first-hand the updates that have the greatest impact while staying on budget.
  • Townhome and Condos.  There are important aspects to the purchase or sale of a home within a homeowner's association.  My experience in this area lends itself to excellent client education on what to expect as well as a smoother transaction overall.
  • As-Is Home Sales.  Sometimes, it does not make sense for a seller to spend money on fix-ups or staging.  I discuss all selling options with my clients, including when an "as-is" sale might be advisable.
