About Steve

I’m a lifelong MN boy. I was born and raised in northern MN, I attended the University of MN for my Engineering degree and played football for our beloved Gophers. My first 15 years of corporate life I worked as a Mechanical design engineer. Once I completed my MBA, I moved into Engineering and Product Management.

25 years into my career, I finally listened to the family calling to become a realtor. I am a third generation DeLarosby realtor. My grandparents owned a brokerage in northern MN, and my father, uncle and aunt all worked as realtors for some portion of their careers. My son is now the 4th generation DeLarosby realtor, as he completed his real estate degree from St. Cloud State and is pursuing his career in Commercial Real Estate with a prominent Minneapolis firm.

In 2018 I left the corporate world to begin my career as a Realtor. It has been a terrific decision, as I understand the importance of helping families with one of their most important investment decisions and truly enjoy helping them find their dream homes.

In further continuing with the DeLarosby family tradition...my aunt worked for RE/MAX for over 30 years...I am honored and proud to join RE/MAX Advantage Plus and the Walgrave Real Estate Group for the next phase in my development. I look forward to gaining a deep understanding of the business and honing my craft to ensure that every client feels like my most important client and I exceed each and every one’s expectations.
